Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations we offer a free take-back service so old electrical equipment does not go to landfill.
How it works
- When you buy a new electrical item from us, you can send us the equivalent old item for free recycling.
- Return it within 28 days of your delivery date, quoting your order number.
- We cover the cost of recycling; you cover return carriage unless collection was arranged.

This symbol on a product or its packaging means it must not be thrown in with general waste. Household users can also use their local authority's designated collection facilities.
