1. These terms
By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms of use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund any payment taken.
3. Pricing
Prices exclude VAT unless stated and exclude delivery. We take reasonable care with pricing but are not bound by obvious errors.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
5. Returns and warranty
See the Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price of that order.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
