Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown both ways on every product — inc VAT and ex VAT. VAT is 20% and is added at checkout on the ex-VAT figure.
Can I open a trade account?
Yes. Established repairers and watch businesses can apply for 30-day terms. Contact us with your company details and we will send an application.
Will this part fit my watch?
Tell us the calibre, case reference or lug width and we will check it against our fitment notes before you order — send a photo of the movement and caseback if you are not sure. Movements, dials and hands are non-returnable once fitted or opened from sealed packaging unless faulty.
What is a Balance Wheel Point?
It's our shop loyalty scheme: you earn points on every paid order and on product reviews, and 150 points = £1 off a future order. It is separate from Community Points, which you earn on the forums and which convert at 500 points = £1. The two balances aren't pooled — full details on the Points & rewards page.
Is my order secure?
The whole site runs over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy and CSRF protection on every form. We never store card details.
Something is faulty — what now?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we sort collection, replacement or refund and cover the carriage. See Returns.
