Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, stock permitting.

- Standard (2–3 working days): £3.95 ex VAT, or free on orders over £75 ex VAT.
- Next working day: £7.95 ex VAT, order by 3pm.
- Pre-9am / pre-10:30am: quoted at checkout.
- Watches and high-value orders: sent tracked and signed-for, fully insured.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is collected. Someone must be available to sign for watches and other high-value consignments.
