How to return
- Contact us for a returns number (RMA) — quote your order number.
- Repack items in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and protective film intact.
- Send to the returns address on your RMA. Return carriage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or mis-picked.
Exceptions
- Movements, dials and hands are non-returnable once fitted or once sealed packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
- Cut-to-length strap material, custom assemblies and special-order parts are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Course and workshop places are covered by the cancellation terms on your booking confirmation.
Faulty goods
Report faults within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange collection and replacement or refund, and cover carriage both ways. Warranty claims after that are handled under the manufacturer's terms.
